醫(yī)療器械進口流程：

1、簽訂進口合同，國外供應(yīng)商發(fā)貨；

2、海運至國內(nèi)碼頭或空運至機場；到港后船公司（航空公司）寄到貨通知書；

3、憑到貨通知書到船公司換單；

4、根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)管條件，依商檢局要求辦理相應(yīng)檢驗檢疫；

5、報關(guān)（憑提單、入境貨物通關(guān)單，報關(guān)申請單等或產(chǎn)品監(jiān)管要求所需其他文件）

6、海關(guān)受理；海關(guān)審價（接受申報價格通過或海關(guān)指定貨值或海關(guān)系統(tǒng)查詢價格磋商等情況）；

7、出稅單（關(guān)稅稅票、增值稅票），交稅；

8、碼頭提柜；

9、順利通關(guān)、放行、運輸至指定地點。

1、醫(yī)療器械進口免稅條件

非營利性醫(yī)療、科研、教學(xué)單位用于身體的康復(fù)、科研、教學(xué)的進口儀器設(shè)備，符合免稅條件的可免征進口關(guān)稅。

2、進口醫(yī)療器械免稅申請流程

先到項目主管部門申領(lǐng)《國家鼓勵發(fā)展的內(nèi)外資項目確認書》，憑確認書到海關(guān)辦理減免稅手續(xù)。

減免稅項目海關(guān)備案審批流程辦理：

1、申請單位提供減免稅備案所需單證文件； 2、申請單位填寫《征免稅證明申請表》，并到預(yù)錄中心預(yù)錄；

3、申請單位持所需單證及預(yù)錄表提交海關(guān)備案初審；

4、海關(guān)進行三級審批。

注冊辦理所需資料

（有效期四年，有效期滿前6個月應(yīng)申請重新注冊）

4、境外政府醫(yī)療器械主管部門批準(zhǔn)或認可的該產(chǎn)品作為醫(yī)療器械進入該國（地區(qū)）市場的證明文件

5、適用的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（及說明）

6、醫(yī)療器械說明書

7、醫(yī)療器械檢測機構(gòu)出具的產(chǎn)品注冊檢測報告（適用于第二類、第三類醫(yī)療器械）

8、醫(yī)療器械臨床試驗資料

Medical device clinical trials report.

9、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)出具的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證書

Product Quality Guarantee issued by the manufacturer certifyingthat the quality of the product to be registered for sale in China is exactlythe same as that of the product marketed in the country (region) of origin.

10、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在中國指定代理人的委托書、代理人的承諾書及營業(yè)執(zhí)照或者機構(gòu)登記證明

11、在中國指定售后服務(wù)機構(gòu)的委托書、被委托機構(gòu)的承諾書及資格證明文件
