簡介
生物可溶性纖維(AES)是一種人造的,玻璃態(tài)硅酸鹽高溫隔熱纖維。生物可溶性纖維按照歐盟法規(guī)67/548 NOTA Q標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不屬于任何致癌物分類。作為耐火陶瓷纖維(RCF)的替代品,”可溶性纖維”系列產(chǎn)品替代傳統(tǒng)的隔熱方案,為商業(yè)、工業(yè)和交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)提供靈活的隔熱解決方案。
北京費(fèi)普福工程技術(shù)有限公司的可溶性纖維棉布以生物可溶性纖維為原料,經(jīng)紡紗、織造而成。根據(jù)不同的使用溫度,不同使用條件,加入玻璃纖維或者耐熱合金絲等增強(qiáng)材料,使其連續(xù)使用溫度達(dá)1050°C。短時間使用溫度也可達(dá)1260°C。具有良好的抗酸堿腐蝕性與抗鋁、鋅等熔融金屬侵蝕能力。

Introduction
Bio soluble AES fiber is a high-temperature insulatingwool composed of man-made vitreous silicate fibers. Bio soluble AES fiber isexonerated from the carcinogen classification in the European Union under theterm of NOTA Q of European Directive 67/548/EEC. Bio soluble AES fiber has been developed to show improved hightemperature characteristics required to act as an alternative to RCF. The Biosoluble AES fiber textiles offer a versatile alternative to traditionalinsulation solutions for commercial, industrial, and transportationapplications.
Bio soluble AES fiber Cloth is produced by high quality Bio solubleAES fiber and woven from yarn. It can be used for high temperatureapplications up to1050°C.The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional stainless steelwire (Inconel/alloy steel wire). Or even short working temperature could bereached to 1260°C. It hasgood resistance to acid corrosion, resistant aluminum, zinc and other moltenmetal erosion.
