AQSIQ證書需要哪些資料

進(jìn)口廢物原料境外供貨企業(yè)注冊登記證書AQSIQ資料清單（含ISO9001認(rèn)證）

法律依據(jù)：

依據(jù)國家質(zhì)檢總局119號令98號公告，所有境外廢塑料/廢金屬/廢紙等廢料出口到中國，均需在國家質(zhì)檢總局辦理AQSIQ注冊手續(xù)。

According to the China laws and regulationsof Act 119(NO 98), enterprises have to get AQSIQ registration before exportingwaste scrap (waste plastics waste paper metal scrap etc) to China.

分清主次：

辦理境外供貨商AQSIQ證書之前，必須先取得ISO9001體系認(rèn)證。

Enterprises have to get ISO9001certification before AQSIQ application.

2, 公司商業(yè)注冊文件與稅務(wù)登記文件掃描件

The scan of business & tax registrationdocuments

3, 公司崗位職責(zé)說明（如總經(jīng)理，采購部，質(zhì)檢部，行政部）

Company responsibility instruction (General Manager, Purchasing department, Inspection department, administrationdepartment etc)

4, 其他資料配合我司簽字蓋章即可

We will send other documents need signedand stamped after finishing our paper works

AQSIQ證書所需資料單：

Documents needed for AQSIQ application:

1 公正的商業(yè)注冊文件與稅務(wù)登記證書（需要體系出公司名稱，公司地址，法人名字）

Notarized business & tax registrationdocuments  (have to reflect companyname,address, legal representative’s name)

2 至少八張辦公室或工廠得照片（需要體現(xiàn)出公司名稱，公司地址信息,辦公室內(nèi)部情況）

Photos of your office (At least 8, have toreflect company name ,company address information)

3 ISO9001證書彩色復(fù)印件

Color scan of ISO 9001 certificate

4 填寫AQSIQ證書申請書（合同簽訂后由我司發(fā)送）

Fill out AQSIQ application form ( will besent after signing the contract)

5 公司法人護(hù)照掃描件

The scan of passport of legalrepresentative’s

6 其他資料配合我司簽字蓋章即可
