眾智HGM6110U與濟柴190系列柴油機配合中的問題及解決方法

 南昌客戶反映啟動時有馬達燒壞的問題。客戶懷疑是眾智HGM6110U不脫馬達。1月26日，我公司售后工程師到達現(xiàn)場，設(shè)備為濟柴190系列柴油機，客戶直接用控制柜的10A繼電器啟動一個大型繼電器，控制柜內(nèi)10A繼電器啟動容量太小，不能滿足要求，普通繼電器觸點容易粘死，造成馬達不會脫離。濟柴這款機器正常啟動時需要在控制柜外加裝外擴50A容量的繼電器。   建議客戶增加車載繼電器，現(xiàn)場安裝，問題解決。

Recently the feedback from Beijing customer was sent to us that motor burned out during cranking. They guessed there was something wrong with HGM6110U and maybe it can not disconnect with motor.

SmartGen service engineer arrived at site in January 1st. The diesel genset on site is 190 series of Jinan Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd. After getting to know the situation that originally customer directly started a huge relay using a 10A relay of control cabinet. The capacity of 10A rely is too small to meet requirements and connects of general relay easily get stuck, which caused motor disconnection. In order to ensure the engine starts smoothly, expanding a 50A relay added outside control cabinet is necessary. We advised customer to add a automotive relay. Then problem got solved after installation of relay.
