PE防靜電袋是由低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）+線性型低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）+抗靜電母料+色母+穩(wěn)定劑混合吹塑成型，然后熱封切斷成型。該產(chǎn)品具有普通PE袋所有特性及防靜電功能。其材料手感較柔和，厚度可自由調(diào)節(jié)，在印刷電路板等一般電子產(chǎn)品中廣泛使用。作為外包裝既節(jié)約成本又可以保護(hù)電子產(chǎn)品不會因絕緣體之間相互摩擦而產(chǎn)生靜電損壞電子組件。該防靜電袋是印刷電路板的最佳包裝材料,使印刷電路板的靜電產(chǎn)生得到可釋放,避免損壞。技術(shù)指標(biāo)如下:符合MIL-B-81705B；內(nèi)外表面電阻是10⁸Ω--≤10¹¹Ω。 靜電釋放時間小于2秒。可根據(jù)客戶的規(guī)格要求制成片材,卷材,平口袋,信封袋。顏色也可根據(jù)客戶要求定做。

Anti-static PE bag is first blow molded out from the compound of LDPE, LLDPE, anti-static additive, color pigment and stability ingredient , and then hot sealed and cut into bags. This product has anti-static function as well as all characteristics that the common PE bag has.
