此次展會由菲律賓Global-Link公司主辦，自2006年以來，每年一屆。菲律賓國際工程機(jī)械及建筑材料展覽會（PHILCONSTRUCT）是菲律賓建筑、建材及工程機(jī)械行業(yè)具規(guī)模和影響力的專業(yè)展覽會之一，展品范圍主要涵蓋環(huán)境技術(shù)、建筑材料和大型工程機(jī)械設(shè)備及零配件等。2016年總展出面積超過52000平方米，展會吸引了來自中國、德國、韓國等21個國家及地區(qū)的1400家企業(yè)參展，其中我國參展企業(yè)有：福田汽車、陜汽、柳工、徐工等；貿(mào)易觀眾達(dá)87309人次，包括建筑師、工程師、承包商、建材專業(yè)人士、高級官員和國際投資機(jī)構(gòu)等，各界媒體代表全面報道了此次展會。
Global-Link主辦的有：馬尼拉、達(dá)沃、宿務(wù)3個菲律賓主要城市的展會，其實(shí)力也是菲律賓最大的主辦實(shí)力之一，其展會質(zhì)量也是得到中國企業(yè)的肯定。
