橡膠片材擠出機

橡膠（Rubber）是指具有可逆形變的高彈性聚合物材料，在室溫下富有彈性，在很小的外力作用下能產(chǎn)生較大形變，除去外力后能恢復原狀。橡膠屬于完全無定型聚合物，它的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度（T g）低，分子量往往很大，大于幾十萬。

擠出機生產(chǎn)線工藝：

髙混機→密煉機混合料→自動不銹鋼提升機→強制喂料機→GLD單螺桿→成型模具→方卷→三輥擠壓表面處理→板材電暈處理→牽引機→切邊→收卷→成品。  

擠出機特點

1．適用范圍廣：該生產(chǎn)線能生產(chǎn)EPDM橡膠板材，PE、PP或PVC等板材，碳酸鈣添加量高(高可達50-75)；設備適應能力強，可同時加工PP、PE、ABS、PS等。

2．主機特點：螺桿機筒采用雙金屬處理，耐磨耐腐蝕；優(yōu)化的螺桿設計使用使剪切小，不易剪斷木質(zhì)纖維，能使物料在機內(nèi)停留時間均勻
