整機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

用電極分別壓緊產(chǎn)品的兩端，通電后由頂鍛缸將兩端口按設(shè)定速度逐漸推進(jìn)，端口在接近的過程中先接觸的部位電流密度極大，會瞬間液化形成金屬過梁并爆破出現(xiàn)金屬飛濺，即閃光；隨著端口的逐漸靠近，接觸的點(diǎn)逐漸增多，最后整個(gè)端面均形成了無數(shù)液態(tài)金屬過梁，并不斷爆破，使端面加熱到塑性和液態(tài)的臨界點(diǎn)后瞬間對兩端面施以大的頂鍛力并保壓一段時(shí)間，將兩端面熔接在一起，焊接完成。這種焊接強(qiáng)度高，致密性好，無虛焊，無氣孔，無夾渣。
