1、起吊前必須對(duì)手拉葫蘆進(jìn)行全面檢查，葫蘆各部件應(yīng)完好無(wú)損，如有問(wèn)題、嚴(yán)禁使用。
2、嚴(yán)禁將下吊鉤回扣到起重鏈條上或?qū)⑵鹬劓湕l解成單鏈捆扎重物進(jìn)行起吊重物。
3、吊掛葫蘆的吊裝繩、吊掛點(diǎn)必須穩(wěn)固可靠，掛葫蘆時(shí)要掛穩(wěn)掛牢，防止起吊后發(fā)生事故。
4、所起吊的重物必須在額定載荷之內(nèi)，切勿超載使用。嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷起吊或斜吊禁止吊拔埋在地下或凝結(jié)在地面上的重物。
5、起重前，檢查吊鉤是否掛牢，防脫裝置到位。吊鉤不得有歪斜及重物吊在吊鉤尖端等不良現(xiàn)象，起重鏈條應(yīng)垂直懸掛，鏈環(huán)不得措扭和打結(jié)，雙行鏈更應(yīng)注意，下鉤不得翻轉(zhuǎn)，嚴(yán)禁用起重鏈條捆扎重物。

8、在起重或下降重物過(guò)程中，拽動(dòng)手鏈條應(yīng)用力均勻和緩，不要用力過(guò)猛，以免手鏈條跳動(dòng)或卡環(huán)，重物的升降不得超過(guò)上下行程的極限。
9、在起吊重物時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁人員在重物下方及手拉葫蘆鏈條受力方向，以免發(fā)生人身事故。
