生產(chǎn)消火栓箱設(shè)備生產(chǎn)工藝：

人工上料—放料系統(tǒng)—校平機(jī)—伺服送料系統(tǒng)—沖孔系統(tǒng)—成型主機(jī)—液壓切斷—自動(dòng)折框系統(tǒng)—收料--機(jī)器人自動(dòng)焊接，電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。

我公司生產(chǎn)的消防栓箱成型設(shè)備整套自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)改變了加工消火栓箱箱體靠剪板折彎手工制作的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝，采用四邊一次成型工藝。

（生產(chǎn)工藝：自動(dòng)送料、沖孔、封邊、折彎、成型、一次完成）。消火栓箱殼體高度、寬度、深度隨意變化，快速調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)工藝無(wú)廢料，一個(gè)人即可操作生產(chǎn)。大量減少了焊接和打磨工序，節(jié)省了人工,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
