ASTM C612-14 礦棉絕熱板狀及塊狀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范

此規(guī)范涵蓋使用表面絕熱范圍在0°F (-18°C) 到1800°F (982°C)之間的半剛性及剛性礦棉板分類、組分、尺寸、物理性能。特定使用時的溫度限值由生產(chǎn)商和購買商之間協(xié)商。

板內(nèi)纖維的取向主要是平行于主表面的，此規(guī)范不適用于垂直主表面的情況。

ASTM C612-14規(guī)范中將涵蓋范圍內(nèi)的礦棉板基于*使用溫度、*表觀熱導(dǎo)率、最小抗壓強(qiáng)度、*線性收縮率、*水蒸氣吸收率和*表面燃燒熱性這些性能分成七個型和兩個類，分別是IA型，IB型，II型，III型，IVA型，IVB型和V型及1類、2類。其中V型還分等級A和等級B。

在組分方面，ASTM C612-14規(guī)范中也規(guī)定材料中不得含有石棉。
