（單作用常開式）當(dāng)氣源進(jìn)入氣缸控制腔，隔膜下壓，關(guān)閉閥門通道，當(dāng)氣缸控制腔無(wú)氣源壓力時(shí)，隔膜上升，閥門通道被打開 (Single actingnormally open type) When the air source enters the cylinder control chamber,the diaphragm is pressed down and the valve passage is closed. When there is noair source pressure in the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm rises andthe valve passage is opened
