EST 回饋型電池測試系統(tǒng)由 廣東億昇達(dá)科技有限公司自主研發(fā)，本產(chǎn)品用于電池模組在生產(chǎn)或?qū)嶒炛械膲勖匣瘻y試和質(zhì)量控制，系統(tǒng)模塊化設(shè)計，通道單點獨立，支持多通道并聯(lián)，獨立風(fēng)道熱穩(wěn)定性高。充電時，設(shè)備通過 PWM 技術(shù)給電池進(jìn)行充電，提高系統(tǒng)效率，降低損耗。放電時，由設(shè)備將電池的能量饋入電網(wǎng)，實現(xiàn)能量回饋，給客戶帶來收益。The EST feedback battery testing system is independently developed by Guangdong Yishengda Technology Co., Ltd. This product is used for the life aging test and quality control of battery modules in production or experiments. The system is modular in design, with single point independence of channels, support for multi-channel parallel connection, and high thermal stability of independent air ducts. When charging, the device uses PWM technology to charge the battery, improving system efficiency and reducing losses. When discharging, the device feeds the energy of the battery into the power grid, achieving energy feedback and bringing benefits to customers.

1、系統(tǒng)說明（SystemDescription）該系統(tǒng)由 5 部分組成，分別為 ACDC 雙向電源、DCDC 雙向電源、電池、中位機(jī)、上位機(jī)軟件（客戶端軟件+BTSDA數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件+服務(wù)器+調(diào)試軟件）。The system consists of 5 parts, includes ACDC bidirectional power supply, DCDC bidirectional power supply, battery, mid-level computer, and upper computer software (client software + BTSDAdata analysis software + server + debugging software). PC 電 腦：用于安裝上位機(jī)軟件；PCcomputer: used to install upper computer software;

上位機(jī)軟件：包含工步編輯、數(shù)據(jù)分析、校準(zhǔn)和老化測試等功能；Upper computer software: includes functions such as step editing, data analysis, calibration and aging testing;中 位 機(jī)：數(shù)據(jù)儲存、數(shù)據(jù)交換、具有掉電保護(hù)功能；

DCDC 模塊：將電池信息上傳到中位機(jī)，實現(xiàn)對電池的充電、放電及檢測功能；DCDCmodule: uploads battery information to the Mid-level computer, achieving the functions of charging, discharging and detecting the battery;

ACDC 模塊：實現(xiàn)交直流能量雙向轉(zhuǎn)換。ACDCmodule: achieving bidirectional conversion of AC and DC energy.
